Refund Policy

AuditSpark provides digital website audits, reports, and subscription-based access to audit tools. Because reports are generated and delivered immediately, our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting against misuse of digital deliverables.
Free Audits
Free audits are provided at no cost and are not eligible for refunds or credits.
One-Time Pro Reports
One-time Pro Report purchases are generally non-refundable once the report has been generated or downloaded.
If your Pro Report fails to generate, contains a material technical error, or is unusable because of a AuditSpark system issue, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will first attempt to regenerate or correct the report. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we may issue a refund or account credit at our discretion.
Refunds are not provided because you disagree with the recommendations, no longer need the report, entered the wrong website URL, or used the report and then decided not to keep it.
Subscription Plans
Consultant and Agency subscriptions may be canceled at any time. When you cancel, your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period.
We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, unused reports, or unused audit credits. Refunds may be issued for duplicate charges, billing errors, or extended service outages caused by AuditSpark.
Agency Embedded Audit Credits
Embedded audit credits and report credits are consumed when an audit is run or a report is generated. Used credits are non-refundable. Unused monthly credits do not roll over unless your plan specifically states otherwise.
Overage charges apply only when enabled by the account owner. Agency accounts may set usage limits to help prevent unexpected charges.
Abuse and Misuse
AuditSpark reserves the right to deny refund requests that appear to involve abuse, excessive refund history, misuse of the service, or attempts to obtain digital reports without payment.
How to Request Help
To request support, a correction, credit, or refund review, contact us within 7 days of the purchase or billing issue and include:
- the email used for purchase,
- the website URL audited, and
- a brief description of the problem.
